We specialise in multi-brand appliance repairs and aim to book you in as soon as possible. We carry van stock and always strive for a first-time fix.
How we work:
The call-out is a one-time payment of £80.00 . We will arrive on site to fault-find and diagnose the problem with the appliance. This is covered in the call-out and any labour costs. If no parts are required, you will only pay the call-out. Upon payment on site, you will receive a paid invoice and a job completion form upon request.
Parts:
If a part is required, you will be notified on site and possibly quoted. If we have the part in van stock and you agree, it will be fitted and tested. The cost of the part will be added to the call-out as one payment.
If we do not have the part in van stock, you will be notified and sometimes a quote will be provided on site. If this is not possible at the time, all relevant information will be taken from the appliance and you will be notified that you will receive an email or message with your quote for the part and to make payment for the part to be ordered. Once payment has been made, the part will be ordered. You will be notified that the part has been ordered. Once we receive the part, you will be contacted by phone or message to inform you of its arrival and to book you in to complete the repair.
Fitting parts/Job completion:
By the time we return to fit any parts, all costs will have been settled. All necessary tools and equipment will be used to ensure the work is completed to a professional high standard. Once the parts are fitted, they will be tested to ensure the appliance is back in working order. You will be informed that the work is complete and shown a demonstration of the completed work. The work area will be left clean. You can also be provided with a job completion form upon request.
All parts fitted come with a 90-day guarantee. If the same fault arises, we will rebook the job as a recall and return to assess the issue.
Non-returnable parts
Some parts are non-returnable as they are not refundable and are often considered “special order”. You will be notified of this if you wish to proceed with the repair before ordering the part.
